V. Srinivasan
Executive Chairman
Venkatraman Srinivasan is the Executive Chairman of our Company and has been a Director of the company since incorporation in 2008. He has a bachelor's degree of science in mathematics from the University of Madras. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He is a qualified company secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He participated in the Executive Development Programme at Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He is a board member of European Cloud Signature Consortium, Chairman of Asia PKI Consortium and was the Chairman of India PKI Forum. He has over 40 years of experience in the information technology industry and has served as the managing director and chief executive office of ICICI Infotech Limited. He is the author of the book titled "New Age Management Philosophy from Ancient Indian Wisdom" which has been fore worded by K.V. Kamath, ICICI Bank, May 31, 2006.
Dr. Nandlal Laxminarayan Sarda
Independent Director
Nandlal Laxminarayan Sarda is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a master's degree in technology in electrical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He has doctor of philosophy degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He has previously served as the dean of academic programmes, IIT Bombay for almost two years in which his role he coordinated with the Society for Innovation and Entrepreneurship (SINE). He is presently serving on the board of Cybertech Systems and Software Limited.
Ms. Chandra Lakshminarayan Iyer
Independent Director
Chandra Lakshminarayan Iyer is an Independent Director of our Company. She holds a bachelor's degree in commerce and a master's degree in commerce, both from the University of Mumbai. She has diploma in financial management from the directorate of distance education, University of Mumbai. She has previously served as the president of Anunta Technologies Management Services Limited for over two years, and is on the board of Lords Freight (India) Private Limited, Mahindra Retail Limited and Mumbai Mantra Media Limited.
Mr. Chandrasekar Padmanabhan
Independent Director
Chandrasekar Padmanabhan is an Independent Director of our Company. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and passed the final examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He worked with ICICI Bank Limited for a period of over three years. He has over 28 years of experience. He was appointed as the first director of Erudite Capital Creations Private Limited and continued to hold the office till October 31, 2018.
Mr. Venkatadri Chandrasekaran
Independent Director
Mr. Venkatadri Chandrasekaran is an Independent Director of our Company. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant, with over three decades of experience in life insurance finance, housing finance and mutual fund investments. He has extensive exposure to a gamut of investment functions, including decision-making processes, investment monitoring and accounting, investment research and risk management.
His three decades of managerial experience is supported by a strong academic and professional background as a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Mr. Shivanand Rama Shettigar
Independent Director
Shivanand Rama Shettigar is an Independent Director of our Company. He is a legal, governance and regulatory compliance professional and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, having qualified as a Company Secretary in 1993. He is also a qualified lawyer from Government Law College, Mumbai (1990), and a commerce graduate from Mumbai University (1987).
He has over 30 years of rich experience in leadership roles in governance, regulatory compliance and as a Global General Counsel. He has worked across the banking, information technology, and pharmaceutical sectors, engaging with Boards of Directors, regulators, law firms and business leaders across industries.
